Refund Policy
- Customer may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided the food preparation has not started.
- If preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.
- Refunds are only applicable in cases of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Food quality issues verified by our team
- All refund requests must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
