Refund Policy

  • Customer may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided the food preparation has not started.
  • If preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Missing items in the order
    • Food quality issues verified by our team
  • All refund requests must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
